Frequently Asked Questions
Growing Happy Co is a family support brand created by a pediatric occupational therapist and mom to make child development and parenting feel easier, clearer, and more connected. We offer tools, guides, and coaching to help parents understand their child’s growth, support milestones, and feel confident every step of the way.
Occupational therapy (OT) helps people do the everyday things that matter most — from daily routines to emotional regulation to managing home life.
I’m a licensed Occupational Therapist, and while The Growth Support Hub and Parent Milestones Coaching is not therapy, it’s informed by OT principles. That means you’ll learn strategies that support your child’s development (like sensory needs, routines, emotional skills) and your own well-being as a mom — all in ways that are practical and doable in real life.
Our tools and programs are designed for parents, caregivers, and early childhood professionals who want to better understand child development, track milestones, and create calmer, more connected routines at home.
Nope! The Growth Support Hub and parent coaching sessions are available online to families anywhere. Local in-person options (like groups or community events) are only available in Michigan.
The Growth Support Hub is a parent resource library that helps you track your child’s milestones, spot concerns early, and find tools that fit your child’s needs. It includes printable checklists, red flag guides, visual supports, social stories, and educational handouts — all designed by a pediatric OT.
You’ll get access to our full digital resource library, regular new additions, and helpful guides that explain what to look for and how to support growth at home.
Yearly members get 12 months of full access to the Hub. Your membership automatically renews each year so you can continue to access new resources, you can cancel anytime.
Yes! Members receive an email each month about the new tools or guides that are added so you can easily download the latest resources.
Coaching is educational, forward-focused, and action-oriented. I’m here to guide you with tools, strategies, and mindset shifts — not diagnose, evaluate, or treat clinical concerns. While I use my training as a OT (occupational therapist) to inform what I offer, I’m not providing therapy services through this program. Think of this as real-life support for your motherhood, grounded in child development and delivered with compassion.
Nope—this is not therapy or medical advice. I offer parent coaching informed by my professional background in pediatric OT. That means I help you understand your child’s needs, make sense of what you’re seeing, and offer tools and strategies to support them at home.
Due to the nature of our content we do not offer refunds for the Growth Support Hub, if you decide that coaching is not for you, please contact us before your first session and we can determine the best course of action. We always want to make sure you are happy with your services, so please contact us whenever you have any concerns!
